We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging (where possible)
Proof of purchase is required

All of our products are handmade using natural materials.
This means each piece is unique, and variations in:
Wood grain
Colour
Texture
Small natural imperfections
are to be expected and are part of the character of the product. These are not considered faults.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom or made-to-order items
Personalised products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
In these cases, we will:
Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
Cover any return shipping costs where applicable
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item before a refund is issued.
